Comment commander une personnalisation
1. Lorsque vous ajoutez un produit à votre panier, indiquez si vous souhaitez une personnalisation ou non.
2. Après avoir passé votre commande, nous vous contacterons pour discuter des détails de votre personnalisation. Vous pouvez partager votre logo ou votre fichier de conception avec nous.
3. Vos exigences sont transmises à notre designer, qui crée plusieurs maquettes (visualisations de l'apparence de votre logo sur l'article).
4. Une fois les maquettes prêtes, nous vous les envoyons pour sélection.
5. Après avoir approuvé la conception, nous commençons le processus de personnalisation.
6. Une fois l'article terminé, nous vous enverrons des photos du produit fini avec le logo et procéderons à l'expédition de votre commande.
