Thank you for visiting and shopping at PRØF KIT. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Worldwide Shipping – Free for Orders Over $200!
Delivery time depends on your country of residence.
We typically use postal services such as UPS or FedEx.
Usually, delivery to the USA, Canada, and EU countries takes up to 2 weeks.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Our website is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Duty-Free Import Limits for Key Countries:
● In the USA, goods with a declared value under $800 are duty-free.
● For Australia, this amount is $1000 AUD (approximately $700 USD).
● In Japan, it is less than $93 USD (including shipping).
● For Canada, it is less than $17 USD.
● In EU countries, as of July 1, 2021, there is no longer a duty-free threshold for shipments from outside the union. All packages up to €150 are subject to VAT, and those above this value are also subject to customs duties.
Please consider these limits when placing your order.
Damages
Our website is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Refund and returns:
We hope you’re thrilled with your PRØF KIT products! However, if anything doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return them for a full refund.
If the fit, color or other aspects of your standard item don’t meet your expectations, you may return it (unused) for an exchange or refund. See instructions below.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused and in its original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customized products, including items with embroidery, heat transfer, laser engraving, or other personalizations, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, we value your satisfaction with the product.
If there's an issue with your custom apron or if it doesn’t meet your expectations, reach out to us at info@aprons-profkit.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Kindly be aware that we are not responsible for any import duties, brokerage, or customs fees, which cannot be refunded.
Return Instructions:
- Securely package the item in a mailing envelope or box.
- Use your country’s standard postal service to ship the item (you can use also UPS or FedEx).
- Mark the package as “Return” to avoid customs fees.
- If completing a customs form, indicate the package is a return.

- Email info@aprons-profkit.com with your tracking number so we know when to expect the package. For exchanges, specify what you would like in place of your current item.
- Once we receive the item at our location, we’ll process the refund or prepare your new item for exchange.
- Upon accepting your return, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and approved your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please be aware it may take 7–14 business days for your bank to reflect this in your online statement. We are not responsible for and do not reimburse import duties, brokerage, or customs fees.
